We offer delivery based on total package weight and the delivery charge will be displayed to you when processing your order and payment.

For the benefit of our delivery service classification Mainland UK excludes the following locations: Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands. Available options will be shown during checkout. There are surcharges on deliveries to these areas imposed by our couriers. Areas are defined as the following postcode areas: AB36-38, AB55-56, BT, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV1-56, IV63, JE, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE, AB31-35, AB41-54, G83, PA50-59, PH15-18, PH27-29, PH45-48, PH51-99

We use Royal Mail and DPD to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all our internet orders. The table above details the services that we offer.

Alternative services

Although Royal Mail and DPD are our preferred carriers, we may occasionally despatch your order using an alternative carrier with an estimated delivery time equivalent to or better than the service selected when the order is placed.

We may require a signature

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it because many of our parcels require a signature upon delivery or simply will not fit through your letterbox. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. In this case, please ensure you use the alternative address when placing your order.

If no-one is available to accept your order, a notice will be posted through your letterbox to explain how you can arrange redelivery or collection.

If we anticipate a delay

If for any reason there is an extended or unforeseen delay with your order, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Problem with the delivery

Please contact us immediately if any of the parcels are missing or damaged, making sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.

Parcel tracking

When your item is despatched, you will receive an email notification. If the service on which we’ve sent your parcel is tracked then the email will contain a reference number which can be used on the courier’s website:

Royal Mail: Enter your 13 character reference number, ending with “GB” on the Royal Mail tracking page. If the item was delivered, the time and the signatory will be given to aid you in finding your parcel. If the item was not successfully delivered, the time of the attempt will be given and the current status of the parcel. We recommend arranging a redelivery on the Royal Mail website.

DPD: Enter your 14 character reference number on the DPD tracking page.

INTERNATIONAL & NON-MAINLAND DELIVERY

VAT/UK Tax: Please note that for orders placed to a shipping destination outside of the UK & Northern Ireland VAT will be removed at the end of the checkout (after you complete your billing & shipping details). This includes Guernsey & Jersey, EU countries (including Ireland) and rest of world destinations such as the USA, Japan, Australia & New Zealand.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and may vary depending on your delivery country. If delivery is refused and the parcel is returned to us, you will be charged the cost of the return shipment, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

USA: We ship all orders going to the USA with DHL Express Worldwide and have a fixed price for this in our checkout (you can also view this by following the button below). This service comes with premium tracking and is delivered within just a few days. We will only contact you should your order go over the weight restrictions.

EU: For most EU destinations we have a fixed price for delivery per country. You can view this when checking out.

Rest of World: For other countries, as the size and weight of our items varies significantly we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on international orders. This will be done with your consent and we will not take any further payments after the item has been sent. If, when you are contacted, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost then a full refund will be offered. This will only happen on rare occasions when orders are significantly heavy or large.
